GAIA FESTIVAL AND OPEN DAY

‘Gaia’ is the Greek Earth Mother Goddess and Girls Grammar has adopted her strength, resilience and care as a talisman for this annual Festival and our Open Day. Our Gaia Festival & Open Day celebrates women, our role within the wider Rockhampton community and our connectedness as a Girls Grammar family. The event showcases a wealth of talent of students in every year level!

The school also offers students the opportunity to be involved with a variety of community events like ANZAC Day Commemorative Services, Clean up Australia Day and becoming blood donors for those over 16. The school received Sunsmart status in 1999 and has retained this distinction since then.
