SELF DEFENSE LESSONS AT RGGS

Whitetiger (Bac Fu Do) Kung Fu emphasises traditional values, while giving the student a common-sense approach to self-defence for modern times. The guiding philosophy of our training is to teach students that avoidance is better than confrontation. This is achieved by teaching the students to have confidence in their own abilities, also assessing situations before committing to them. We have been training RGGS Students in self-defence since 1999.

The Bac Fu Do Kung Fu syllabus features striking, kicking, ground fighting, grappling, weapons and tactical skills not often found in a single Martial arts style.

All White Tiger Kung-Fu Instructors are Nationally qualified, accredited Teachers of Martial Arts, members of the Australian Kung-Fu (Wu Shu) Federation.

Training takes place at the school on Monday and Thursday nights from 6.30pm to 830pm for more information www.bacfudo.org  call Ann or Brett on 4921 3987 or 0457600002
