North Queensland Rowing Championships
Over the weekend Calli, Georgia, Ella and Ellexis travelled to Townsville to compete in the North Queensland Schools’ Regatta.
It was an eventful regatta; the lows of a broken oar in the final of the Year 11 Girls Quad leaving our team rowing with three, to the highs of individual medal placings.
Congratulations on some great results:
Georgia and Calli - Silver medal in the Year 11 Sweep Pair and a Bronze medal in the Year 11 Double Skull
Georgia - Bronze medal in the Year 11 Single Skull
Calli - 4th place in the final of the Year 11 Single Skull
Ella and Ellexis - 3rd place in their Year 11 Double Skull heat
Ella - 3rd place in the Year 11 Single Skull heat
