On Monday the 11 June, Year 4 hosted a Cultural Diversity Morning which brought students together to share food, games, and languages from various cultures. The event was a delightful showcase of flavours, with tables adorned by dishes representing different heritages. Some highlights included noodles, rice, scones, biscuits, fruit, and desserts. Students engaged in traditional games, fostering laughter and enthusiasm.
What made the morning truly special was the involvement of parents and grandparents, who actively participated and shared their knowledge. Mrs Krehlik popped in for a visit to celebrate the culmination of our health unit. The event promoted empathy, respect, and a sense of global citizenship in our community.
