On a sunny Friday afternoon, the school's Early Learning Centre was transformed into a colourful and inviting setting, adorned with decorations that reflected the school's vibrant spirit. Families new to the school community for 2024 and existing families of students in Prep and Year 1 were invited to meet fellow parents and staff.
While the parents enjoyed their tea and conversations, the children had their own realm of fun activities to immerse themselves in. Creative craft stations, puzzles, books and imaginative play created an atmosphere of shared joy and playfulness, helping the young students form new friendships and reinforce existing ones.
The primary council and prefects played an instrumental role in bringing this event to life. Their dedication and teamwork covered every detail. Their efforts truly showcased the strong sense of community that defines Girls Grammar.
The event successfully set the stage for meaningful connections, fostering friendships that will continue to grow and enrich the lives as students journey through the School.
