Welcoming New Faces and Exciting Changes in Girls Grammar Boarding

The term is certainly flying by as we reach the end of Week 3!

This week, we warmly welcomed Lauren Turley to our Boarding team. Lauren is stepping in for Tilly while she is on maternity leave. She has a daughter who attends Girls Grammar and has had a fantastic start, with Megan Clark helping her learn the ropes. Lauren also runs a small photography business specialising in pet portraits.

We also welcomed Hannah Miller and Casey Verrall to our boarding team. Hannah, a teacher with family in Rockhampton, joined us from Western Australia. Casey, who previously worked at St Ursula’s, is much closer to home.

Our new prep, tech, and bedtime routines have been fine-tuned and are running smoothly. The girls have shared that they enjoy the free time between preps, and the seniors appreciate the split prep times.

Looking ahead, we have our trip to Great Keppel Island on the 9 November, which is always a fun day out. Have a wonderful weekend!
